A new "political party" meeting on the water, at the Regents Canal, London. The vessel was made by disposed PET bottles along the canal.

ロンドンのリージェンツ運河で新しい国「T.M.H.M.G.L.R.P of A」を作って集会を行なった。運河から拾ったペットボトルで作ったボートに車輪をつけ水陸両用にし、拾った釣竿に国旗を作って掲げた。Zineを作って配布し、折り紙教室を開き、ローカルの人々と触れ合った。
